There were so many things I was trying to do at the same time.

I wanted to:

Fix an old injury,

Improve my performance,

Lose weight

And

Build muscle.

It felt overwhelming and it made me quit training often.

Getting clarity and understanding what must come first was very challenging.

I was afraid that if I don’t address all the problems at the same time I will not see any results.

But not training, also guaranteed a lack of results.

Realising that has forced me to gain clarity on my goals.

Once my goals were clear, it was easy to start working towards them with more confidence and certainty.

Decide, get clear on what it is that you want.

And take action.
