What type of training equipment do I need for this challenge?

With this challenge you can choose if you want to train at home or in the gym. 

If you choose to train at home, here you can find a list of minimal equipment that you will need.

How will the workouts look like?

You will acces your workouts through a private platform where you will find detailed tutorials on how to perform them, that way you can train whenever it suits you best.

How much time do I need for this challenge?

You will need a minimum of 40 minutes/ week for training.

And 2 hours for the coaching calls. Don't worry, the calls are recorded, so if you can't make it to the calls, then you can watch or listen to them when it suits you best.

Wow 2 hours/week, that sounds like a lot. No problem, do what I do when going through content and listen at 2x the speed. That way, you can be done in just 1 hour.

 

 

How will the meal plan look like?

Great news! There is no predetermined meal plan. I will teach you sound nutrition principles that can be applied in a instant, anywhere you are so that you can eat without feeling deprived.

And I will also teach you how to effectively create your own meal plan in an instant so that you save a lot of time and money.

Do I need to count calories and weigh my food?

No. I will show you how to track how much you eat without having to count calories or weigh food.

You can, if you feel it's helpful to you, track your calories using My FitnessPal.

What if I can't make it to the coaching calls?

Not a problem. All the calls will be recorded and so you can view them whenever you available. And if you have any questions, simply message me and I will help you out.

What will be discussed during the coaching calls?

The calls will be aimed at helping YOU. The main focus will be to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles and come up with solutions to your unique situations.

They will also have a short educational component so that you can easily grasp the basic principles.

My schedule is absolutely crazy, will I be able to complete this challenge?
